Sunken Trampolines in Ireland: What the Term Means
"Sunken trampoline" is what most people call a trampoline set into the garden instead of standing on legs. It is not a product name, so when you come to buy one you will be choosing between two BERG types.
The two types
FlatGround: fully level
The jumping surface sits completely level with the lawn. There is no step up and no ladder, it keeps the view of the garden, and because it sits at ground level it catches far less wind than a trampoline on legs.

Which one should you look at?
- If you want nothing standing above the lawn, look at FlatGround.
- If you want an oval, or the lower starting price of the Favorit range, look at InGround. Neither is made as a FlatGround.
- If you want a safety net on a round trampoline, look at InGround. Round FlatGround models are sold without one.
- If you want a 16ft rectangle or square, or the AeroWall stunt wall, look at rectangular FlatGround.
Who does the groundwork?
We supply and deliver the trampoline. We do not install it. The groundwork is done by an installer, landscaper or builder, who will look at your garden and quote. BERG's manual for the model sets out what the installer follows.
If you do not have someone in mind, we can put you in touch with an independent installer.
