Question 1

What is a FlatGround trampoline?

Accepted Answer

A BERG FlatGround trampoline sits completely level with the lawn. There is no step up and no ladder, and it keeps the view of the garden. BERG makes FlatGround models in three ranges: Champion, Elite and Pro Bouncer.

Question 2

How is FlatGround different from InGround?

Accepted Answer

A FlatGround sits completely level with the lawn. An InGround is set into the lawn with a low raised edge. A regular trampoline stands above ground on legs.

Question 3

Do you install FlatGround trampolines?

Accepted Answer

No. We supply the trampoline and deliver it. The groundwork is done by an installer, landscaper or builder, who will look at your garden and quote you directly. We can put you in touch with an independent installer. BERG's manual for the model sets out what the installer follows.

Question 4

How deep is the hole, and what drainage is needed?

Accepted Answer

We do not publish pit dimensions or drainage details, and we do not send pit drawings. BERG's manual for your model sets out what the installer follows, and how water is dealt with depends on your ground. Your installer decides that after seeing the garden.

Question 5

How much does installation cost?

Accepted Answer

We do not install, so we do not quote for it. The cost depends on your garden, the ground and access. An installer, landscaper or builder will look at the garden and give you a price.

Question 6

Do FlatGround trampolines come with a safety net?

Accepted Answer

Round FlatGround trampolines (Champion and Elite) are sold without a safety net. In the rectangular Ultim Champion, the 6 x 6ft and 7 x 11ft sizes have no net, and the 8 x 13ft and 16 x 10ft sizes can be ordered with or without one. The Ultim Elite 16 x 10ft can be ordered with or without a net. The Pro Bouncer comes with the Safety Net Deluxe XL or with none.

Question 7

What does BERG SPORTS mean?
